What does Croft sync?
Tools where having the data in one place pays off: accounting, payments, CRM, analytics, projects and forms. Each connector’s page says what it brings in.
How is this different from connecting my AI straight to Xero?
Croft keeps a curated copy: named datasets with readable columns and ready-made views, in one place with your other tools. Your AI reads that copy instead of calling each service, so answers are fast, cover every tool you’ve connected, and never need your keys.
How much history does Croft keep?
You choose for each source, for example 90 days, a year, or everything. Financial records keep everything by default; analytics keep what the service itself keeps (16 months for Search Console).
Who can see the synced data?
Only admins at first. An admin can open each source to the whole workspace or to named people, and the same rule applies in the data browser, to your AI, and to queries.
Can I see the data myself, without an AI?
Yes. The Data page in your croft lists every source with its datasets. Browse, search, sort and filter, open any record with the full data the service sent, and export the current view to CSV.
Can my AI change anything in Xero?
Only through an app your team can see. Your AI builds a small integration for the job, such as drafting invoices, and runs it from then on. Actions that delete or can’t be undone ask first, and every run is logged.
