Write to [email protected] about anything: your account, an app that won’t deploy, connecting an AI assistant, billing, or a data request. We aim to reply within one business day (New Zealand time).

Include your workspace address (for example yourname.oncroft.net) and the app’s name if your question is about a specific app. Please never send passwords, API keys or other secrets by email or paste them into an AI chat. Croft never asks for them that way. Secrets and connector credentials are entered only in your Croft panel.

Connecting an AI assistant

• Install the Croft agent plugin
• Connect over MCP (any client)

If the assistant says it can’t reach Croft, disconnect and reconnect it, then sign in again. Your sign-in is per person, and the assistant only gets the access your Croft role allows.
