Roles & permissions

Everyone you invite to your croft has one role. Roles keep things simple: the Owner runs the account, Admins help manage it, Creators build and ship their own apps, and Members use what's shared with them. Here's exactly what each can and can't do.

Owner

Exactly one

The person whose croft this is — full control, including billing. There's always exactly one Owner.

Can

Everything on the croft
Manage billing and the subscription
Transfer ownership to someone else

Cannot

Nothing is off-limits

Admin

A trusted helper who manages the croft day to day.

Can

Create, edit, and delete connectors
Approve connector grants
Invite and remove members
Create and own apps

New

Builds and ships their own apps, without managing the whole account.

Create, deploy, and delete apps they own

Share their apps with others
